Our Support Rocks (OSR) is a Toronto-based company which seeks to provide our clients with rock solid, consistently dependable technical support; ensuring that you are free to run your business.  We want you to think of us as your IT partner – and we will be there in any way that we can to support you in your endeavors.

In short, we provide back office IT support for firms that are big enough to require IT support, but small enough that there is no business case for full-time in-house IT staff.

Our pricing model provides our clients with predictable IT support costs.  Most services demanded by our clients are included with our fixed monthly fee, but we are also available for project based work which is billed on an hourly basis.

Doug Mercer has been involved in the IT industry for 25 years, having worked in environments small and large in IT support, he then moved on to work in the consulting field.

In his time in the industry, Doug has learned that while many firms provide excellent IT support, there are very few who also have mastered the art of customer service.

It was this vision of matching good customer care with consistently dependable IT support that led Doug to found Our Support Rocks in 2016.
